Technical Project Manager – ITSM Platform Implementation

Contract: 8 months

Rate: £540–£625 per day

IR35: Outside IR35

Location: Remote, with occasional travel to Holborn (approximately once per month)

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Project Manager to lead the implementation of a new ITSM platform, Halo, while supporting the gradual decommissioning of the existing ServiceNow platform.

This is a hands-on delivery role requiring someone with strong technical project management experience, excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to drive a complex platform implementation from planning through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Halo ITSM platform.
• Manage the transition away from ServiceNow and support its phased decommissioning.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans and build timelines.
• Manage RAID logs and proactively identify and mitigate risks, issues and dependencies.
• Work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders and key decision-makers.
• Drive delivery against agreed timelines, milestones and outcomes.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager delivering technology or platform implementations.
• Strong understanding of core project management principles and methodologies.
• Experience managing RAID logs, project plans and delivery timelines.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A hands-on approach with the ability to work closely with technical delivery teams.
• ITSM platform implementation experience is highly desirable, ideally including Halo and/or ServiceNow.
