La Fosse is searching for the ten women shaping the future of AI. Together, they will write the Blueprint to Action: the document the industry has been missing.

This is not an opinion. It is a structural fact.

When AI is built by one type of person, it learns one point of view. That view gets scaled, automated and imposed on everyone. 

Women now make up 20% of AI roles in the UK, down four percentage points since 2020. 42% leave the tech industry at mid-career. Only 28% see a clear path to the C-suite. 

The UK loses an estimated 2 to 3.5 billion pounds every year from a career framework that pushes women out at the moment they should be leading.

Ten women. One blueprint. Built to change what comes next.

UNBOUND, La Fosse’s women in tech initiative, is bringing together ten of the most influential women in AI in the UK. 

Not a panel. Not a list. A working group of senior women already shaping the future of AI, co-authoring the document the industry needs. 

The Blueprint to Action will set out what has to change to make AI careers more accessible, more equitable and more sustainable for women at every stage. It will be published in Q4 2026.

We are looking for women who are: 

  • Leading AI strategy, implementation or governance inside their organisation 
  • Building AI products, platforms or teams 
  • Championing ethical, inclusive or responsible AI practices 
  • Pioneering AI adoption from a non-traditional tech background 
  • Challenging how AI is developed, deployed or used 

Rising star or established leader. Industry-shaping or industry-disrupting. If you are doing the work and you have something to say about how AI is being built, you should be in this room.
