Who is it for?
Mentees: Women in tech and transformation at any career stage seeking guidance, support, and advocacy from someone who’s walked the path before them.
Mentors: Anyone passionate about supporting women in tech and transformation careers. Whether you’re male or female, if you’re committed to creating real change and have experience to share, we want you involved.
The programme is open to professionals across all areas of technology – from software engineering and data science to product management and digital transformation.
How it works?
Commitment: One hour per month for four months
Format: Online calls scheduled at your convenience
Support: We handle the matching and provide a guidance document
The process:
- Complete our detailed application survey
- We match mentees and mentors based on career goals, expertise, and compatibility
- Introduction via email with programme guidelines and suggested conversation starters
- Four monthly sessions over the programme period
- Wrap-up event where participants can share their stories and celebrate progress (date TBA)
What mentors provide: Career guidance, industry insights, advocacy, and practical advice on navigating workplace challenges
What mentees gain: Strategic career planning, confidence building, industry knowledge, and expanded professional networks
