La Fosse is delighted to announce the appointment of Ollie Whiting as CEO. With 15 years of recruitment industry experience building market-leading teams and implementing award-winning initiatives, his skills and expertise will be pivotal in driving continued business success.

Ollie’s promotion comes in his eighth year at La Fosse, having joined the company in 2015. From heading up key departments to leading the rapidly expanding workforce as Group MD, Ollie has overseen 40% YOY growth, implemented strategic sales initiatives, restructured the business’ approach, and played a key part in launching La Fosse Academy and a new Amsterdam office.

Responsible for defining the future strategy and growth journey of the company, Ollie’s objectives in his new role as CEO include rolling out improvements to the La Fosse service lines under one brand, driving high growth of La Fosse Academy, and enabling customers to benefit from a total talent solution.

As La Fosse continues to expand, Ollie’s internal mission is to further engage current and new employees and build on the values-led culture that makes La Fosse such a unique organisation.
