Adam Bowman, Associate Practice Director at La Fosse, has been named Staffing Consultant of the Year at the TIARA Staffing & Talent Solutions Awards Europe 2026.
The category is new this year. That makes Adam the first person ever to win it.
Run by TALiNT Partners, the award celebrates one individual for outstanding performance, high professionalism and strong, measurable impact across the staffing industry. Adam was up against some of the best consultants in Europe.

Adam’s journey at La Fosse
Adam joined La Fosse in 2019 as a Managing Consultant. He became Head of Practice in 2021 and Associate Practice Director in 2025.
He specialises in Cloud, Infrastructure and DevOps across financial services and payments. He runs every hire end-to-end himself, from the first conversation to the start date.
Going beyond the job description
What sets Adam apart is how he works with clients. He doesn’t stop at one service. He looks at the problem in front of a client and brings in whatever solves it, whether that’s permanent hiring, contract talent, La Fosse Academy or consultancy through Inovus.
That approach has helped him build some of our biggest client relationships. It’s now a model other consultants across the business are following.
“Adam has been an excellent partner to Planet, and what makes him stand out is his ability to understand the business beyond the job description. He is highly responsive, easy to work with, and a trusted partner when we need to move quickly,” said Luke Denham, SVP Architecture at Planet Payments.
He’s just as committed to the people he places. Candidates talk about Adam as someone who stays in touch, understands what they want from their career and comes back when the right opportunity appears.
Building the people around him
Adam’s impact goes well beyond his own desk. He runs performance incentives across the commercial division. He helped design and roll out our mentorship programme, and he mentors three junior consultants himself.
He sits on our Employee Panel, representing his fellow employee-owners. He’s also an active supporter of UNBOUND, our community for women in tech.
What the win means
“I’m incredibly proud to win this award, and to be the first person ever to win it makes it even more special. A huge thank you to the clients and candidates I’ve had the pleasure of working with this year, and to the brilliant team at La Fosse. I’m lucky to work alongside some of the best in the industry every day. Congratulations to my fellow finalists, and thank you to the judges.” says Adam.
Ollie Whiting, Group CEO at La Fosse, said: “Adam has been one of the standout performers in our business for a number of years. His results speak for themselves, but what I value most is the contribution he makes beyond his own desk. He’s always prepared to support others, challenge thinking and play an active role in improving the business. Adam cares about La Fosse’s success, not just his own, and that’s what makes him such a valuable part of the business.”
As an employee-owned business, every win like this belongs to all of us. Congratulations, Adam.
Thank you to TALiNT Partners and the judges, and congratulations to all of this year’s winners.
