We’re proud to have strengthened our senior leadership team with two new senior appointments, formed as part of our plans to expand internationally.
Barry Sacks has bolstered the board as Group Chief Technology Officer, and Terry Dawson has also joined as Managing Director, Business Systems, Change & Transformation, EMEA.
Barry brings extensive experience in technology leadership, most recently as a CTO in high-growth B2B SaaS businesses, many of them private equity-backed. Having started his career as a software engineer, he progressed through consulting and programme leadership before moving into senior technology roles.
Having been connected to La Fosse since its founding nearly 20 years ago, working with us as both a client and a contractor, Barry has advised the group on its technology and AI vision and strategy over the last year. As Group CTO, he will now be responsible for implementing that strategy across La Fosse’s four service offerings.

Terry Dawson joins La Fosse following almost two decades in recruitment and transformation, with experience spanning technology, SAP, enterprise applications and large-scale business change across the UK and international markets.
Terry began his recruitment career in 2007, joining Investigo in 2014 to establish its SAP Transformation practice before launching and scaling further specialist practices across enterprise applications, business systems, CRM, HRIS, cyber security, infrastructure and private equity transformation. He went on to hold a number of senior leadership roles across Investigo and The IN Group during a period of significant growth, being promoted to Senior Director in 2023 and joining the Group’s main operating board, before most recently returning to direct operational leadership of the Business and Technology Transformation practice.
Terry will lead our Business Systems, Change & Transformation and international teams, strengthening specialist capabilities and further developing our existing high-performing teams. He will also drive the group’s international growth agenda.
