Hannah is the La Fosse Chief People Officer and Trust Director on our Employee Trust Board. She is passionate about building purpose-led and inclusive cultures and maximising our enterprise value through elevating our employee experience.

Hannah partners with the Board, Trust Board, and Leadership Team on all people matters, from scaling our People Operations internationally to improving our policies and employee feedback loops. Hannah champions wellbeing and DEI initiatives, career development opportunities, and mentorship programmes that empower and support diverse talent.
