High-growth Technology, Digital and Change recruiter La Fosse has named Oliver Whiting as their new Director of Permanent and Regional Recruitment.
Founded in 2007, La Fosse has been one of the 100 fastest growing companies (source; FastTrack) in the UK for the last three years in a row, and over the same period were top 15 in the ‘Best Companies to Work For’ (source; Best Companies).
Whiting’s career to date has been focussed in the IT, Digital and Change markets, mostly in a leadership capacity.
At La Fosse, he will focus on further accelerating the growth and performance of the Permanent and Regional recruitment teams.
Additionally, as part of the senior management team, he will help scale the wider business while maintaining the strong values and culture that have driven La Fosse’s success to date.
