Naomi is the Higher Education Practice Lead for La Fosse, specialising in technology, change and transformation. She has 15 years experience in recruitment working closely with universities.

Her approach is centred on leading with detailed discovery, taking the time to build a deep understanding of each university’s challenges and building consultative and trusted relationships with hiring managers ensuring that every placement is both technically and culturally aligned.

In her time outside of work Naomi loves exploring new restaurants, the outdoors and spending time with friends and family.
