Project Manager

A well-known university based in London is seeking to recruit a Project Manager on a permanent basis paying between £50K – £58K p.a + generous pension + good benefits to start asap.
The role is hybrid with 3 days on site in London typically Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays (there is some flexibility around this) depending on project needs. 

Working as part of the Digital team, you will be an individual who has demonstrable interest in AI and automation as a whole and who is passionate about improving new ways of working across the university.  You will have either implemented new ways of working with AI / Automation in a project previously or have implemented Copilot or other AI tools as part of a role previously.
The role will be focused on AI adoption across professional services so a keen interest in this area is essential for the role.

The role will also cover other digital projects so you may be working on simultaneous projects at any one time. 
Some of the main responsibilities will include – 

• • Defining new ways of working.
  • Delivering transformation projects.
  • Problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Digital and technology delivery.
  • Projects to do with EMS stack and Google technologies.

There is an opportunity to help shape and mature delivery practices within the team also.

The role entails some prior project management experience and evidence of a strong interest / use / implementation of AI or automation in the past. You must have strong stakeholder engagement experience also – ideally up to board / executive level.

This is a busy role where you will have the opportunity to be responsible for key projects across the Digital function. We are looking for someone who is passionate about project management and successful delivery to enable the organisation to succeed.
