We’re looking for a Senior Backend Engineer with strong startup experience to join a fast-paced and mission-driven AgTech team. This is an opportunity to work on impactful technology in a small, dynamic environment where you’ll have a high level of autonomy and ownership.

You’ll play a key role in designing, building, and scaling backend systems that power our platform. Working closely with a tight-knit engineering team, you’ll contribute to architectural decisions and help shape the future of our product.

Tech Stack : TypeScript, Node.js, Python, Next.js, NestJS, Claude Code (AI-assisted development)

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a senior or lead backend engineer
• Strong background working in startup environments
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving setting
• Solid experience building and scaling backend systems
• Comfortable taking ownership and driving projects independently
