The Opportunity As the App Support Lead, you will: Oversee the day‑to‑day stability, performance, and security of key Savings applications. Act as the primary escalation point for incidents and problems, restoring service quickly and leading thorough root‑cause analysis. Work closely with Delivery, Product, Technical Leads, and third‑party partners in a true “one‑team” model.
