DV / SC Cleared Scrum Master – AI & Data

Location: London (Hybrid)

Contract: 9 Months

Rate: £500-£650 per day (Inside IR35)

We are supporting a major UK law enforcement organisation on a key requirement for an experienced DV or SC Cleared Scrum Master to support the delivery of critical AI and data-driven programmes.

This is an opportunity to work at the forefront of national security, helping deliver impactful digital capabilities in a highly secure and complex environment.

The Role

You will play a key role in driving agile delivery across AI, data, and digital transformation initiatives, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective, value-driven outcomes.

You’ll be responsible for embedding agile best practice, enabling high-performing teams, and ensuring delivery remains aligned to both operational and strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
• Coach and support teams in Agile/Scrum best practices
• Remove blockers and enable delivery across complex environments
• Work closely with Product Owners, Delivery Managers, and technical teams
• Drive continuous improvement and delivery maturity
• Support delivery across AI, data, and digital programmes

Key Requirements

• Active DV or SC Clearance (DV preferred)
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead
• Strong experience delivering within digital, data, or AI programmes
• Experience working in secure / government environments (law enforcement, defence, central government etc.)
• Ability to manage stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe desirable)

Desirable Experience

• Exposure to AI / Machine Learning / Data Platforms
• Experience in law enforcement or national security environments
• Background working on complex, multi-team programmes
