As Digital Employment rises by 13.2%, technology, digital and change recruiter La Fosse gains 1600 places in the latest Inc. 5000 list of Europe’s most rapidly expanding businesses.

Inc. 5000’s rankings acknowledge thriving entrepreneurship. Three-year growth of 158% places La Fosse alongside Just Eat, Fever-Tree and HelloFresh as one of Europe’s fastest growing companies.

This accolade follows on from a period of exciting growth for La Fosse, with a trebling of profit in 2017 and 2018’s revenue expected to be in the region of £100 million. In addition, the company’s headcount has grown from 140 to 172 in the last six months.

La Fosse’s growth is mirrored and driven by the fast-paced expansion of the UK tech job market. A study conducted by TechNation over a three-year period shows that digital tech sector employment rose 13.2% between 2014 and 2017, with 2.1 million jobs in the digital tech economy – and it shows no sign of slowing. With an ambitious scaling strategy to reach 300 headcount by 2020, La Fosse Associates continues to be best-placed to support the sector’s growth.

On the Inc. 5000 ranking, Simon La Fosse, Executive Chairman and Founder of La Fosse Associates, said:

“We are delighted to have been recognised as one of Europe’s fastest-growing companies, and as our revenue expands, so does the quality of the service we offer to our clients and candidates.

In 2018, we were also named one of the 40 best UK companies to work for by the Sunday Times for a sixth successive year.

As a co-owned business, our founding principle has been to treat our candidates, clients and each other with care and respect. This still holds true today, and in my view, has been the overriding force behind our continued commercial success.”

Impressive figures have also seen La Fosse ranked as one of the London Stock Exchange Group’s 1000 SMEs to inspire Britain in 2017 and 2018, and in addition the company has been shortlisted for Best Scale-Up 2018 in the UK National Business Awards.
