Terry Dawson

Terry brings almost two decades of experience in recruitment, technology and business transformation, with a strong track record of building and scaling specialist businesses across UK and international markets. He has extensive experience partnering with C-suite executives and senior leadership teams to address complex business challenges and deliver strategic transformation initiatives.

He began his recruitment career in 2007 and joined Investigo in 2014 to establish its SAP Transformation practice. He subsequently launched and scaled multiple specialist businesses spanning enterprise applications, business systems, technology and transformation, progressing through several senior leadership roles. In 2023, Terry was promoted to Senior Director, joining the Group’s operating board and playing a key role in driving commercial growth, developing high-performing teams and expanding the Group’s specialist capabilities.

At La Fosse, Terry is Commercial Managing Director with responsibility for Business Systems, Change & Transformation and International Technology. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, he plays a key role in shaping commercial strategy, strengthening specialist capabilities and accelerating growth across Recruitment, Executive and Consulting, both in the UK and internationally.
