Simon Clemson

Head of Training

Simon is the Head of Training at La Fosse, where he leads the Academy’s training strategy across Upskilling, HTD Cohorts and Apprenticeships. He joined La Fosse in 2022, became Training Lead in 2023, and was promoted to Head of Training in 2025, having built out the Academy’s offering and curriculum to be more flexible and client-focussed. Simon is passionate about building learning programmes that develop people’s skills and deliver real commercial value for clients. Outside of work, he is a keen runner and swimmer, a voracious reader of non-fiction, and enjoys travelling and live music.
