Rijesh is the Group Finance Controller at La Fosse, responsible for financial control, reporting, treasury, payroll, taxation and compliance across the Group. He leads the finance reporting and operations teams and works closely with senior leadership to deliver accurate financial reporting, strengthen governance and support strategic decision-making.
Since joining the business, Rijesh has driven a number of finance transformation initiatives, enhancing controls, improving reporting processes and increasing operational efficiency across the finance function. He plays a key role in the Group’s audit, statutory reporting and international finance activities, helping to ensure the organisation remains financially robust as it continues to grow.
