Martin Leuw joined La Fosse as Non-Executive Chairman in 2025, working closely with our CEO and senior leadership team as we move through the next stage of our five-year plan.

Martin brings a track record of building and scaling technology businesses for long-term success. As Group CEO of IRIS Software Group, he led the business through several PE backed MBOs and over tenfold growth, and is an EY Entrepreneur of the Year in Technology and Communication.

He now runs Growth4Good, a venture business focused on tech for good, and has chaired several high-growth businesses including Leathwaite Executive Search and Ground Control, which was awarded a Queen’s Award for Enterprise.
