Head of Legal and Audit
Katherine is Head of Legal & GRC at La Fosse. Having joined the business in 2014, she works closely with leaders across the Group to support the delivery of the company’s strategic growth plans, helping teams navigate opportunities, manage risk and make confident decisions.
Alongside leading the Group’s legal, governance and compliance functions, she serves as Company Secretary and plays a key role in ensuring the business has the right frameworks, processes and governance in place to scale successfully. Her focus is on enabling growth, supporting innovation and helping the business achieve its objectives in a practical and commercially-minded way.
Outside of work, she enjoys keeping active at the gym, planning road trip adventures, and returning to her native Lake District with her husband and dog to explore the outdoors.
