Joe is an Associate Consultant within La Fosse’s Software Engineering practice, partnering with startups, scale-ups and technology-led businesses to build exceptional engineering teams. After spending five years as a Software Engineer, he moved into recruitment and joined La Fosse in 2025, bringing a practitioner’s perspective to the hiring process. Joe specialises in software engineering recruitment across the TypeScript ecosystem, helping businesses attract top talent in React, Node.js and modern full-stack development. He is passionate about connecting great engineers with opportunities where they can make a real impact and enjoys working closely with engineering leaders to solve complex hiring challenges. Outside of work, Joe enjoys watching football, and spending time with his family and friends.
