Public Sector Lead

Jim leads La Fosse’s Public Sector division, helping government and public-sector organisations access the people and capabilities they need to deliver meaningful transformation.

With more than 15 years’ experience in public-sector recruitment and workforce solutions, he specialises in technology, digital, data and transformation. His work spans specialist recruitment, project-based consultancy and the La Fosse Academy, which helps organisations develop sustainable capability through graduates, career changers and emerging talent.

Jim is particularly interested in the adoption of AI across the public sector and its potential to improve services, increase efficiency and support better outcomes. He enjoys partnering with experts and specialists to explore complex challenges, identify practical use cases and develop solutions that organisations can adopt responsibly and sustainably.

He is passionate about building long-term partnerships, connecting talented people with purposeful work and helping public-sector organisations develop lasting internal capability.

Outside work, Jim enjoys music, cooking, playing guitar and golf.
