Jasmine is an onboarding leader who has been with La Fosse since 2021. As Onboarding Team Lead, Jasmine leads the team responsible for delivering a smooth, compliant and engaging onboarding experience for contractors, working closely with recruitment, clients and internal teams to ensure every new starter feels supported.
