Heidi is a Principal Consultant – Product & Delivery at La Fosse, specialising in product management, delivery and digital capability. With over 20 years’ experience across recruitment and consulting, she works with organisations of all sizes to build the teams and capabilities needed to design, deliver and scale digital products and services.

Heidi is passionate about connecting people, sharing knowledge and creating communities that support learning and career progression. She is particularly passionate about supporting women in the workplace, especially mothers balancing career and family, and those working in gender-imbalanced environments.

Outside of work, Heidi is a busy mum to two boys. When she gets the time, she enjoys yoga, saunas and cold plunges, music and is a massive foodie.
