She has over five years’ experience in recruitment and talent, and joined La Fosse in 2026, now focused on connecting experienced professionals with opportunities across the organisation. Her background spans recruitment, talent acquisition, learning and development, giving her a broad perspective on attracting, developing and retaining talent. Having built and led learning programs, managed internal hiring and supported business growth throughout her career, she is passionate about helping people reach their potential and make meaningful career moves. Outside of work, Danniella enjoys good food, drinks with friends, as much socialising as possible, making memories, and maintaining a healthy, active lifestyle.
