Claudia Cohen is Director of La Fosse Academy, where she leads the strategy and growth of the business, developing innovative talent solutions that build, develop and future-proof technology talent.
Having come from a commercial background, Claudia brings a strong understanding of the challenges technology leaders face when building high-performing teams. She is passionate about helping organisations develop the talent and skills they need for the future, from creating pathways into technology careers to helping existing workforces adapt and grow as technology and AI continue to reshape the workplace.
Claudia has helped over 1,000 people upskill, develop their careers and land opportunities in the technology sector. She is also a regular speaker on the future of skills, AI and the changing technology workforce, diversity in technology and inclusive talent strategies.
