Chief Technology Officer

Barry joins La Fosse as Group CTO having been connected to the business since its founding nearly 20 years ago, working with it as both a client and a contractor before advising the group on its technology and AI vision and strategy. As Group CTO, he is responsible for implementing that strategy across La Fosse’s four service offerings and shaping the group’s wider technology agenda in support of its growth ambitions.

An accomplished technology leader, Barry has extensive experience building and scaling technology-enabled SaaS product businesses, many of them private equity-backed, where he has created significant demonstrable value on exit. Having started his career as a software engineer, he progressed through consulting and programme leadership before moving into senior technology roles, giving him both the technical depth to understand what AI can genuinely do and the commercial leadership to translate that into value, at a moment when AI presents a transformational opportunity for La Fosse and its clients.
