Role Overview:
In this part-time role, you will primarily respond to operational network requests, ensuring the smooth and secure operation of the company’s global infrastructure. Your main responsibilities will include troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing network devices, with a focus on Palo Alto Networks security solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to and resolve operational network requests and incidents.
• Maintain and optimize firewall, VPN, and security policies.
• Provide expert-level support for Palo Alto Networks products.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address network issues.
• Document network changes and maintain process documentation.

Requirements:

• PCNSE certification is essential.
• Strong experience with Palo Alto Networks security solutions.
• Solid understanding of network security, routing, and switching.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills, with experience in remote work environments.
