Your Mission

As IT Lead – Enterprise Platforms, you will play a key role in the evolution of our back-office systems landscape, with a primary (but not exclusive) focus on Finance & Billing platforms. Your mission is to lead the delivery of enhancements and transformation initiatives, strengthening the foundation to scale operations effectively.

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with a strong delivery background and the ability to effectively bridge business needs with technical execution.

Main Tasks

Provide vision and direction to Agile development teams and stakeholders throughout the project and product lifecycle.

Define clear and actionable requirements for development teams.

Translate business needs into technically feasible solutions, ensuring alignment with both strategic goals and system capabilities.

Prioritise features and tasks to ensure high-value outcomes; manage and refine the product backlog.

Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure products meet both business and technical requirements.

Guide development teams through technical decision-making while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Ensure consistent quality through iterative testing, validation, and feedback processes.

Qualifications & Professional Skills

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s or certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner are advantageous).

Proven experience as a Product Owner or in similar roles, with a strong understanding of software development processes.

Experience working with Finance/Billing systems and HR-related data and platforms.

Strong understanding of data models and databases.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; capable of making data-driven decisions.

Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

Fluent in English (written and verbal).
