Our consultancy client is looking for an organised and detail-focused Transition Analyst to support the successful planning and delivery of complex bids, mobilisations, service transitions and transformation programmes.

You’ll play a critical role in supporting planning, maintaining programme controls, monitoring progress and producing the high-quality information needed for effective governance and decision-making.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with programme, PMO or project delivery experience who wants to build specialist expertise in transition and mobilisation.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Support the definition and planning of projects and workstreams.
• Maintain RAID logs and ensure significant items are reflected in programme governance.
• Implement and maintain agreed programme monitoring and control processes.
• Support programme governance, reporting and assurance activities.
• Help improve transition methods, standards, templates and supporting materials.
• Develop expertise in the transition team’s tools, reports and project-management systems.

Key Skills/Experience Required

• Experience supporting projects or workstreams within a wider programme.
• Knowledge of project and programme management approaches.
• Understanding of bids, mobilisations, transitions, transformations or service exits.
• Experience of maintaining plans, schedules and programme controls.
• Practical understanding of RAID management.
• Exposure to programme governance, assurance or quality assurance.
