Physical Security Threat Intel Specialist 

A Global Organisation requires an experienced Contract physical security professional with a proven track record of building threat intelligence capabilities, conducting global threat assessments and translating geopolitical and physical security risks into actionable intelligence to support business and operational decision-making.

  • Day Rate; £700-£760pd
  • IR35 Status: Inside
  • Travel: 2 days a week in Hertfordshire Office
  • Duration: Initial 6 months                                                                         

Responsibilites: 

  • Establish a sustainable threat intelligence capability, defining collection, analysis, reporting and escalation processes. Develop strategic, operational and tactical intelligence products, including real-time alerts to support a 24/7 Physical Security Operations Centre.
  • Establish threat monitoring across global sites, business travel, major events, executive protection and critical supply chains. Identify emerging physical and geopolitical threats, including crime, terrorism, civil unrest, activism and supply chain disruption, providing timely intelligence to support preventative action.
  • Produce threat assessments and intelligence reports using OSINT, commercial platforms and external sources. Translate emerging threats into clear risk assessments, business impacts and actionable recommendations, supporting both strategic planning and live security incidents.
  • Work with Physical Security, Threat Intelligence, Cyber Defence, Executive Protection and Supply Chain teams to integrate intelligence requirements and data sources into the wider enterprise capability. Collaborate with technology and automation specialists to improve threat monitoring, data correlation and alerting.
  • Bring significant experience in physical security, protective intelligence or geopolitical intelligence, with a track record of establishing or maturing intelligence capabilities. Strong analytical, stakeholder management and communication skills are essential, alongside the ability to deliver a measurable, sustainable operating model within the six-month engagement
