D365 F&O Project Manager – Finance & Supply Chain

We’re looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Project Manager to lead and deliver key ERP transformation projects across Finance and Supply Chain.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for managing D365 F&O projects from initiation through to successful delivery, working closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams and third-party partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end D365 F&O implementation and transformation projects

• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies and resources

• Work closely with Finance and Supply Chain stakeholders to understand business requirements and drive solutions

• Coordinate functional and technical workstreams across D365 F&O

• Manage project governance, reporting, RAID logs and stakeholder communications

• Oversee key delivery phases including design, build, testing, UAT, cutover and go-live

• Manage third-party vendors and implementation partners

• Ensure projects are delivered to a high standard and aligned with business objectives

About You

• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering D365 F&O projects

• Strong understanding of Finance and Supply Chain processes

• Experience managing full ERP implementation/transformation lifecycles

• Strong stakeholder and senior management communication skills

• Comfortable working across both business and technology teams

• Strong project governance, planning and risk management experience

• Experience with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies

• D365 F&O implementation experience is essential
