Test Lead

Test Lead – £495 outside IR35 – Hybrid (2 days per week in the London Office)

Please note: This is a 3 month contract role which requires candidates to be in the office twice a week.

La Fosse are supporting a large-scale finance transformation programme and are looking for an experienced Test Lead with strong stakeholder management expertise.This role will lead testing across core finance workstreams, driving SIT, UAT, and end-to-end validation of financial processes within a complex landscape

Key requirements:

• Validate end-to-end financial scenarios (journals, trial balance, reporting cycles, VAT/tax)
• Lead testing across General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Reconciliations, and Period Close
• Coordinate SIT and UAT execution with business stakeholders and system integrators
• Drive defect triage, prioritisation, and resolution
• Oversee test script creation, review, and quality assurance
• Experience with ERP platforms such as D365 (desired not essential)
• 3rd party integrations
• Data migration and ETL validation
• Role-based security and workflows
• Support test environments, data readiness, and release alignment
• Produce test reporting, dashboards, and governance updates
