Overview:

We’re supporting a large organisation undergoing transformation in the search for an Associate Director of Enterprise Architecture to help shape and drive their technology strategy.

This is a senior, business-facing role where you’ll act as a strategic partner—defining the architecture roadmap, influencing investment decisions, and ensuring technology is positioned as a true enabler across the organisation.

Key focus areas:

• Enterprise architecture strategy across applications, data, and emerging tech
• Driving value through AI, automation, and digital platforms
• Shaping major platform initiatives (incl. CRM / customer-facing systems)
• Embedding security, scalability, and long-term thinking into design
• Partnering with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into solutions

What we’re looking for:

• Strong background in architecture leadership
• Ability to bridge strategy and delivery in complex environments
• Credible across data, applications, and modern technologies (AI a plus)
• Strong stakeholder engagement – proactive, commercially aware, and impactful
