Job Title: CRM Product Manager (D365)
Contract: Initial 3-Month Contract (Scope to Extend)
Location: London (Hybrid)

Overview:
We are supporting a leading organisation in London in the search for an experienced CRM Product Manager with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365. This is a key contract role focused on driving the roadmap, optimisation, and delivery of CRM capabilities across the business. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring the platform delivers measurable value and supports evolving customer and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive the CRM product roadmap aligned to business priorities
  • Work closely with stakeholders across sales, marketing, and customer service to gather and refine requirements
  • Translate business needs into clear product backlogs and user stories
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and continuous improvement
  • Optimise existing D365 functionality, identifying opportunities for enhancement and efficiency
  • Manage third-party vendors and delivery partners where required
  • Ensure strong governance, documentation, and best practice across the CRM estate
  • Track performance, user adoption, and ROI of CRM initiatives

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner within CRM environments
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing modules)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills
  • Experience working in agile delivery environments
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
  • Strong understanding of CRM data, processes, and customer journeys
  • Experience working with third-party vendors or system integrators

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in large, complex organisations
  • Familiarity with integrations and wider Microsoft ecosystem (e.g. Power Platform)
  • Experience driving CRM transformation or optimisation programmes
