ERP Change Manager

Applicants must be able to be on site in Dublin or Limerick 2-3 days a week.

We’re looking for an experienced ERP Change Manager to play a key role in a large-scale D365 F&O implementation programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the end-to-end change management strategy for the D365 F&O programme
• Conduct change impact assessments across business units and functions
• Develop and execute stakeholder engagement and communication plans
• Partner with functional and project teams to ensure business readiness at each phase
• Support the design and delivery of training and adoption activities
• Identify change risks and resistance, and implement mitigation strategies
• Track and report on change adoption metrics and user readiness

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Change Manager on large ERP implementations (D365 preferred, SAP/Oracle also considered)
• Strong understanding of business process change across Finance and/or Operations
• Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder transformation programmes
• Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and business leaders
• Familiarity with structured change methodologies (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR, or similar)
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

Location & Working Model

This is a hybrid role, with 2–3 days per week onsite in either Limerick or Dublin (depending on your location), and the remainder remote.
