M365 Engineer

La Fosse are currently partnered with a customer who are looking to recruit an experience M365 Engineer into their team, on an initial 6 month contract.

This role is inside IR35 and 2-3 days a week onsite in London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Platform Administration & Support
  • Manage and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, and Purview.
  • Administer Microsoft Entra, Conditional Access Policies, MFA, and other identity and access management features.
  • Manage Microsoft 365 Copilot across productivity apps (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint) and Azure environments.
• Security & Compliance
  • Ensure adherence to security best practices across all workplace platforms.
  • Proactively identify and remediate vulnerabilities and risks
  • Support compliance initiatives and data governance policies.
• Continuous Improvement & Automation
  • Contribute to and execute Continual Service Improvement (CSI) initiatives.
  • Automate administrative tasks using AI, PowerShell and other scripting tools.
  • Participate in platform upgrades and evergreen processes.
• Collaboration & Mentoring
  • Work with vendors and technology partners to deliver agreed outcomes.
  • Coach junior engineers and service desk analysts to build team capability.
  • Provide on-call support as part of a rota.
