Tech Lead | Hybrid | React and Node | TypeScript | up to £90k + 10% bonus
La Fosse is working with an exciting SaaS company in the HR tech space, currently modernising their core platform and scaling their engineering team. They’re hiring a Full Stack Technical Lead to take ownership of key product areas while leading and mentoring a team of engineers.
This is a high-impact leadership role with plenty of autonomy, ideal for someone who loves shipping great code, setting best practices, and developing people.
What they’re Looking For:

Strong commercial experience with React, Node and TypeScript

Solid backend experience — ideally Ruby on Rails or similar MVC framework

Proven leadership skills — line management, coaching, and mentoring

Deep understanding of clean code, testing, and modern architecture

Strong communication skills and stakeholder collaboration experience
Nice to have:

Experience with modern frontend stacks like Next.js, design systems, or component libraries
