Job Title: ServiceNow Product Owner

Location: Birmingham 2x a week.

Salary: c. £75,000

 

Summary

We’re working with a client who is hiring for someone to take the lead on a global organisation’s ServiceNow platform. This is your chance to shape the strategy, build out new capabilities, and make ServiceNow a real game-changer for the business. If you like having the freedom to drive improvements, influence direction, and see the impact of your work, this role ticks all the boxes.

You’ll work closely with IT and business teams, manage the roadmap, and bring new ideas to life. It’s a great mix of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery, with plenty of room to grow.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Own the ServiceNow roadmap and keep it aligned with business goals.
  • Work with teams across IT and the business to capture needs and drive value.
  • Manage the backlog and oversee platform improvements, upgrades, and new features.
  • Keep an eye on performance and user experience.
  • Lead and support a small ServiceNow team.

Experience:

  • Strong experience as a ServiceNow Product Owner (ideally having set one up from scratch).
  • Knowledge of modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD.
  • Great stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on delivery.

Nice to have: Agile experience, ServiceNow certifications, ITIL knowledge.
