UNBOUND Steering Group Breakfast: Shape what’s next

The UNBOUND steering committee exists because the best decisions come from the people closest to the work. Senior leaders who see what is actually happening inside organisations. People who understand the real barriers facing women in technology, not just the headline statistics.
These sessions are where that knowledge shapes what UNBOUND does next.
Lucy will be covering:
Spotlighting women in tech and AI. We are identifying the top 10 women shaping AI right now and building a landmark piece of content around them. The steering committee will help shape who we spotlight and how we tell their stories.
The UNBOUND stamp of approval. We have developed a framework and pilot scheme for our employer endorsement system, which signals great workplaces for women directly on job listings. The group will review, challenge, and refine it together.
Confidence masterclasses. A programme of masterclasses is coming later this year. This session is where the steering committee helps define the first five, including the topics, the format, and who they are designed for.
As ever, the steering committee will leave with actions, not just ideas.
