Rosie is a strategic change specialist and agile practitioner with 10 years of experience, 7 years specifically in delivery and operations in both the public and private sector. She has delivered mergers of companies, start-up and growth of new companies, operational transformation projects, digital products, and large corporate events.
Rosie brings her experience to facilitating critical government interventions. She is currently leading transformation and operations at the Cabinet Office, Central Digital and Data Office.
