This includes his role as MD and Co-founder of Northstar, which later sold to The Access Group and, most recently, COO of Amdaris, an international tech solutions business, which scaled to 1,000 employees and recently sold to the Fortune 500-listed tech giant, Insight.
 
As COO at La Fosse, Glyn focuses primarily on La Fosse’s operational strategy, efficiency improvement, and ensuring the development and progression of numerous operational teams.

He specialises in leading multi-disciplinary teams to success in both innovation and complex digital transformation. Simon Farnsworth became ITV's Chief Technology Officer in 2024, leading the network's technology strategy, infrastructure, and innovation efforts. Previously, he served as CTO at News UK and Warner Bros. Discovery, where he drove significant technological transformations. At ITV, Simon focuses on advancing digital platforms like ITVX and ensuring the broadcaster remains at the forefront of the media industry.

Mark brings over two decades of experience in transformation, specialising in guiding financial services teams through complex digital and organisational shifts. With a strong focus on aligning technology with business strategy, Mark has led high-impact initiatives across various industries, ensuring operational efficiency while fostering lasting cultural change. His expertise in leadership and empowerment consistently drives teams to exceed expectations, delivering sustainable growth in fast-paced, competitive markets. Melissia is the Markets Platform Business Lead for Lloyds Business Group. She is responsible for driving their ongoing technology change programme across their markets businesses.

Melissia brings a wealth of experience & knowledge across both business and technology functions from previous roles including Transformation Lead, Relationship Manager, and Head of Programme Delivery at JP Morgan, Citibank and HSBC.
