Role Overview

As the Senior Product Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager and Business Support Manager to shape and professionalise their enabling services. You will manage both a capability along their user’s journey and a segment of the English language testing product portfolio, focusing on developing and delivering the next generation of products and propositions. This includes further developing and enhancing current products and related services to drive commercial value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the administration of diverse business support services to enable key resources to focus on core delivery.
• Ensure adherence to procedures to facilitate governance in this complex multi-partner organization.
• Manage the Academic segment of their English language testing product portfolio, which assesses readiness to study in the English language.
• Lead interdisciplinary teams (Squads) including UX, Research, and Development to drive continuous discovery practices and digital product management.
• Oversee development capabilities, governance, and research groups focused on propositions for migration and academic tests.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in a complex political environment.

Ideal Candidate:

• Extensive experience in digital product development, preferably within academia, publishing, content, or English language assessment. (5 years minimum)
• Proven track record of leading interdisciplinary teams and managing digital product lifecycles.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills and commercial savvy.
• Comfortable working in an agile, less structured environment and pioneering new product spaces.
• Skilled in continuous discovery practices and capable of navigating complex stakeholder environments.
