The Opportunity

We’re looking for an EUC Engineer to support a major global rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).

This is a hands-on role focused on ensuring end users across multiple international sites have the right devices, fully configured and ready for deployment. You’ll play a key part in a high-profile transformation programme, working closely with stakeholders across the business.

The Role

  • Configure, deploy and support end-user devices (laptops, desktops, printers, handheld scanners)
  • Build and maintain a catalogue of approved EUC hardware
  • Gather and validate device requirements with stakeholders across multiple sites
  • Support device standardisation, configuration, and deployment planning
  • Provide on-site support for setup, testing, go-live, and early life support (including international travel)
  • Ensure third-party / partner devices are configured correctly and meet security standards
  • Troubleshoot deployment issues to minimise disruption
  • Produce clear documentation and support handover to BAU teams
  • Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and D365 teams

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • Experience in EUC, desktop support, or IT deployment within enterprise environments
  • Strong hands-on experience with Windows devices, printers, and scanning equipment
  • Experience supporting large-scale rollouts or transformation programmes
  • Knowledge of Intune / Endpoint Manager or similar tools
  • Experience managing hardware standards and documentation
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
  • Willingness to travel internationally

Desirable:

  • Experience in global or multi-site environments
  • Knowledge of Intune, Autopilot, SCCM or similar
  • Experience with handheld / warehouse devices
  • Familiarity with ITIL and early life support
  • Experience supporting third-party devices

Key Strengths

  • Analytical and detail-oriented
  • Strong communicator across technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Adaptable in fast-paced environments
  • Confident decision-maker under pressure
