Technical Product Owner – Salesforce | London | Hybrid working, 4 days a week on site

We’re partnering with a growing organisation seeking an experienced Technical Product Owner to take ownership of a business-critical Salesforce ecosystem supporting Sales, Commercial, Marketing, Operations, and Finance functions.

This is a highly visible role requiring a blend of strategic product ownership and deep Salesforce expertise. You’ll lead platform roadmap planning, manage key stakeholder relationships, oversee third-party vendors, and guide a team responsible for delivering scalable solutions across a complex technology landscape.

The successful candidate will be equally comfortable discussing business priorities with senior stakeholders and getting hands-on with Salesforce configuration, automation, integrations, and solution design.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own and drive the Salesforce product roadmap
• Lead a team of Salesforce professionals and support specialists
• Manage platform enhancements, integrations, and vendor relationships
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Technology teams
• Drive automation, AI, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure platform governance, data quality, and best practice adoption
• Act as the bridge between business objectives and technical delivery

Key Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, or Salesforce Platform Lead
• Strong Salesforce Sales Cloud expertise
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Pardot/Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, and DocuSign
• Strong understanding of integrations, APIs, automation, and platform architecture
• Experience managing stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills

Desirable:
• Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP and ITSM platforms
• Exposure to AI, automation, and emerging CRM technologies
• Salesforce certifications
• Commercial or customer-focused industry experience
