Salesforce Platform Lead

Salesforce Platform Lead | London | Hybrid (4 days a week on site)

We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Platform Lead to join a growing technology team and take ownership of a business-critical Salesforce environment.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be responsible for designing and delivering Salesforce solutions, supporting integrations, mentoring team members, and driving platform improvements. You’ll work closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure the platform remains scalable, stable, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Requirements:
• Strong Salesforce Sales Cloud experience
• Expertise in declarative development, particularly Flow
• Salesforce CPQ experience
• Strong understanding of integrations, APIs, security, and data models
• Experience mentoring developers and administrators
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Desirable:
• Experience with Apex, CI/CD, SFDX, and test automation
• Exposure to Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Einstein AI, or chatbot technologies
