We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach to support a large-scale transformation programme within a secure and complex delivery environment.

This role will focus on driving Agile maturity, improving delivery capability, embedding best practice, and supporting teams and leadership through large-scale organisational and technology change.

The successful candidate will have experience coaching both delivery teams and senior stakeholders, helping organisations adopt practical Agile ways of working across enterprise-scale programmes.

Key Experience:

• Proven experience operating as an Agile Coach within large organisations
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe, or scaled delivery models
• Experience coaching delivery teams, Scrum Masters, Product teams, and leadership stakeholders
• Ability to improve delivery maturity and Agile capability across organisations
• Experience supporting digital, technology, data, or transformation programmes
• Strong facilitation and communication skills
• Experience working within complex governance environments
• Ability to balance Agile delivery with structured organisational requirements
