Senior Programme Manager / Project Managers – Technology & Transformation Programme

North West (Hybrid Working)
Project Managers: circa £500/day 
Senior Programme Manager: circa £600–£675/day 

We are supporting a large-scale transformation programme within a highly regulated environment and are looking to engage experienced delivery professionals across both Programme and Project Management disciplines. The roles require either SC or DV clearance.

There are currently three opportunities available:

  • 1 x Senior Programme Manager
  • 2 x Project Managers

These positions will play a key role in delivering complex technology, digital, operational change, and transformation initiatives within a fast-moving programme environment. The organisation is undergoing significant transformation and requires experienced individuals who can operate effectively across both technical and business-facing teams.

The successful candidates will be responsible for driving delivery, coordinating stakeholders, managing governance and reporting, and ensuring programmes and projects are delivered effectively within complex organisational structures.

Key Experience Required:

  • Strong experience delivering projects or programmes within enterprise-scale environments
  • Background in technology, digital, infrastructure, data, or business transformation programmes
  • Agile / Scrum delivery experience
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience managing project governance, RAID logs, reporting, planning, and delivery coordination
  • Ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
  • Comfortable operating within structured and regulated environments
  • Experience supporting change and transformation initiatives across multiple workstreams

Senior Programme Manager – Additional Experience:

The senior requirement will suit someone with experience overseeing large or complex programmes with multiple workstreams and stakeholders. This role will involve:

  • Programme-level governance and delivery oversight
  • Managing senior stakeholder relationships
  • Coordinating delivery across multiple projects and teams
  • Supporting strategic planning and transformation activity
  • Driving programme reporting, risk management, and delivery assurance
