A rapidly growing technology business within the Facilities Management / PropTech space is looking to appoint a commercially minded CAFM Pre-Sales Architect OR Pre-sales consultant specifically coming from Facilities Management software / CAFM / IWMS / EAM Enterpise Asset Management platform companies to support expansion across the UAE and wider GCC region.
This is a highly client-facing role sitting at the intersection of pre-sales, solution architecture, implementation, and customer success — ideal for someone who understands Facilities Management operations and can confidently engage with both technical and operational stakeholders.
The role is not purely sales focused. We’re looking for someone who has been hands-on in implementations, understands operational FM workflows, and can bridge the gap between customer requirements, product capability, and successful delivery.
Key areas of focus:
• Running discovery workshops and customer demos
• Supporting solution design and implementation scoping
• Leading client workshops and technical qualification discussions
• Supporting onboarding, go-live, and adoption activities
• Acting as a trusted SME across FM, CAFM, EAM, and SaaS environments
• Supporting account growth and customer engagement across the GCC
Minimum Requirements:
• MUST come from Companies / industires specifically in Facilities Management software / CAFM / IWMS / EAM platforms / Asset Management or Field Service platform (Companies like IBM, Nanosoft, MRI, SalesForce, Oracle, Facilio or related) – (non-negotiable)
• Arabic-speaking candidates ONLY
• Have strong UAE/GCC Facilities Management industry experience
• Can confidently hold a room during demos/workshops
• Understand FM operations, maintenance workflows, compliance, supplier management, and service delivery
• Have experience supporting implementations or onboarding projects
• Are commercially aware and comfortable supporting pre-sales conversations and Statements of Work
Experience across FM software, SaaS, integrations, workflow automation, or enterprise operational platforms is highly desirable.
Dubai-based candidates with regional customer exposure across the UAE/GCC are strongly preferred.
