- Building reusable Terraform modules and infrastructure‑as‑code standards
- Implementing guardrails, policies, and cloud governance frameworks
- Supporting SRE practices: reliability, monitoring, metrics, automation
- Working across engineering teams to define and maintain cloud architecture
- Deploying and maintaining Kubernetes‑based workloads (containerisation focus)
- Improving platform resilience, availability, and scalability
- Ensuring best practice across DevOps, cloud operations, IaC, and automation
- Working closely with product, infrastructure, engineering and security teams

- Deep hands‑on capability with Azure (primary environment)
- Strong experience designing/implementing CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent Infrastructure‑as‑Code experience, preferably Terraform
- Understanding of cloud architecture, patterns, and best practice
- Experience setting up guardrails, policies, governance and controls
- Containerisation experience with Kubernetes
Nice-to-Have
- Exposure to AWS
- SRE background: SLIs, SLOs, automation, observability
- Experience standardising cloud estates at scale
- Ability to influence teams and lead cloud direction
About You
You will excel in this role if you are:
- Highly technical and comfortable leading cloud engineering direction
- Passionate about DevOps culture and automation
- A strong communicator who collaborates well across multiple teams
- Happy shaping architecture as well as delivering hands-on work
- Someone who enjoys responsibility, autonomy, and helping set standards
Why Join Us?
- 90-95% cloud-native – modern environment, no legacy battles
- Clear runway to modernise, automate, and enhance the cloud platform
- Role has genuine influence across engineering and architecture
- Supportive culture with room for progression into senior/lead roles
- Great opportunity for someone stepping up into a cloud leadership space
