• Work with SQL, ETL pipelines, and large datasets to extract, transform, and load data
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align migration activities with business objectives
• Troubleshoot complex data challenges and ensure high-quality delivery

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in data migration, ideally within financial services or insurance
• Strong SQL and ETL skills
• Familiarity with insurance data models and platforms (e.g., Guidewire, UL-T3, GT-AIA)
• Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and analytical rigor
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for data storage and processing
• Knowledge of insurance regulatory standards (Solvency II, DORA)
• Proficiency in Python, R, or other scripting languages for data transformation
